Rebecca started as a graphic designer at OfficeMax in April 2005. She quickly proved to be mature, honest, self motivated worker and a key member of the OfficeMax ImPress team. Rebecca has assisted with the full spectrum of graphics production, including detailed digital design work for brochures, posters, ads and other collateral. Since her time at OfficeMax she has produced an impressive portfolio and proven herself a talented designer. Beyond that, Rebecca also provided coordination with our partner vendors and service bureaus, as well as clients.

Rebecca has shown good stress management and always performed well under pressure. Our clients appreciated and often made mention of her pleasant tone and courteous manner. Her knowledge of design is extensive and her portfolio will show her versatility, accuracy and understanding of the graphics trade.

Rebecca Pounders has been a co-worker of mine at the Volusia/Flagler office of the Alzheimer’s Association since April, 2006 and I cannot recommend her highly enough if you are considering her for employment in your organization.

Rebecca has many wonderful qualities including integrity, loyalty and a commitment to serving others with excellence. She is enthusiastic in her efforts to help those in need, whether through one on one contact or by working on a creative fund-raising project. I have had the pleasure of working with Rebecca Pounders for the last few years. Rebecca is a hard-working self-starter who invariably understands exactly what a project is all about from the outset, and how to get it done quickly and effectively. During her tenure as a graphic designer at OfficeMax, I cannot remember an instance in which she missed a major deadline.

Ms. Pounders is a resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented professional who was frequently able to come up with new and innovative approaches to her assigned projects. She functioned well as a team leader when required, and she also worked effectively as a team member under the direction of other team leaders.

On the interpersonal side, Rebecca has superior written and verbal communication skills. She gets along extremely well with staff under her supervision, as well as colleagues at her own level. She is highly respected, as both a person and a professional, by colleagues, employees, suppliers, and customers alike.

Over a year ago, when Ms. Pounders announced her resignation to take up a new position with a non-profit organization, we were saddened to see her leave, although we wished her the greatest success in her new undertaking. Even now, more than a year after her departure, I can state that her presence, both as a person and as an exemplary employee, is still missed here.
